Leah Johnson - CEO/Founder
Leah has spent 26 years working in LTC, starting in skilled nursing. Her background began in Recreational Therapy and branched into Social Services. She has spent 22 years working as an Administrator/Operator in Assisted Livings and Memory Care communities in Arizona, Oregon & Washington. She also has worked for the State of Oregon. She has specialized in regulatory compliance and developing cutting edge recreational programming for Alzheimer’s and Dementia seniors.

We are long term care operatives with combined experience of over 70 years. After working in operational and clinical roles for many different provider groups, we decided it would be great to directly impact seniors, families and providers in a positive way. Our group is a family of professionals with experience as Nursing Directors, Administrators, AFH owners/managers, Activity Directors, Social Workers, and even Maintenance Technician Experts.
